OPC Training Workshops

OPCTI requires full payment for all registrations prior to training, unless alternate arrangements have been made and verified in writing.

OPCTI reserves the right to cancel a workshop. In the event of a cancellation, OPCTI shall retain a course credit or refund all registration fees. In the event of cancellation by OPCTI, OPCTI's liability to the registrant is limited to the refund of the registrant fees and in no extent should OPCTI be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages either real or alleged, including but not limited to any loss of revenue or profit, or other commercial or economic loss even if OPCTI has been advised of the possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable.

Those who cancel their registration with less than 30 business days prior to the date of the workshop will forfeit their registration fee.

OPCTI reserves the right to change the venue of the workshop as long as it is within 50 kilometers (30 miles) of the venue listed at the time of registration.

OPC Rescue®

OPC Rescue® is the property of OPC Training Institute (OPCTI), and is protected by Canadian and International Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. No ownership rights are granted by this Terms & Conditions Policy, or by possession of OPC Rescue®.

OPCTI reserves the right to cancel the license granted to the user upon purchase of OPC Rescue®. OPCTI's entire liability shall be, at OPCTI's discretion, either (a) return of the full/partial price paid for OPC Rescue® (or component), or (b) repair or replacement of OPC Rescue® (or component) that does not meet OPCTI's Limited Warranty (detailed in the End User License Agreement) and which is returned to OPCTI within the warranty period. This shall be the sole and exclusive obligation of OPCTI and your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any such failure.

If OPC Rescue® does not meet your expectation, you can return your license ket to OPCTI within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or the purchase prices, at the discretion of OPCTI.

OPC Rescue® license keys may be returned within 10 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Prior approval form an authorized OPCTI representative. You may request approval for a refund by emailing OPCTI at opc.rescue@opcti.com.
• Defective product must be reported within 5 days of the purchase date for refund or replacement at OPCTI's discretion.
• Refunds for any other reason must be requested within 10 days of the purchase date to be considered by OPCTI.
• Prompt credit will be issued for all acceptable pre-authorized returns when the license key is returned to OPCTI and OPC Rescue® is deleted from your storage device/computer, etc.

In no event shall OPCTI be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profit, lost savings, lost opportunities, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use OPC Rescue®, even if OPCTI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
